Au total, 39 isolats de P. aeruginosa ont �t� utilis�s pour d�tecter le d�veloppement de biofilms � l'aide de la m�thode de la plaque de microtitration; 10 de ces isolats �taient des isolats cliniques pr�sentant des niveaux significatifs de r�sistance aux antibiotiques. Les concentrations minimales inhibitrices (CMI) du peptide antimicrobien LL-37 contre huit isolats de P. aeruginosa multir�sistants ont �t� d�termin�es � l'aide d'un test sur plaque de microtitration avec du colorant r�sazurine. Parall�lement, les CMI de la ciprofloxacine ont �t� d�termin�es � l'aide des m�mes isolats et de la m�me m�thode, et les r�sultats ont montr� que l'activit� inhibitrice allait de 7,8 � 125 μg/ml. Les r�sultats de l'analyse de la m�thode du damier de l'effet synergique de la combinaison du LL-37 et de la ciprofloxacine ont montr� que les CMI des deux peptides antimicrobiens ont �t� abaiss�es � des niveaux extr�mement bas, avec une CIF allant de (0,0024-0,26 μg/ml).Selon nos r�sultats, les isolats locaux � des valeurs inf�rieures � la CMI ont significativement r�gul� � la baisse les g�nes impliqu�s dans la formation du biofilm. Pour les six isolats, le pli de l'expression du g�ne lasI avec le peptide LL-37 seul allait de 0,18 � 0,97, et il y avait une r�gulation � la baisse de l'expression du g�ne par rapport au contr�le.
