Ahmad was a sixty-five man, but due to a genetic disorder his growth had stopped at the age of eighteen. Thus, people who saw him thought that he was a young teenager in his prime. It wasn't until he was over thirty that Ahmad discovered this problem and noticed this defect. He decided, under a consistent insistence from his friend Mazin, to see a specialist who could diagnose the disease and prescribe the medicine.

Visiting Doctor Muataz contributed to awaken Ahmad from his slumber and alert him from his negligence, after the doctor explained to him that it was a serious matter and his condition was critical, and he might have been the key that leads to finding a serum and medicine that would ensure the survival of youth and preserve one's youth and strength. However, the danger lay in the fact that the matter might have required conducting some critical examinations, which could only be achieved through an autopsy of Ahmed's body.

Ahmed then finds himself forced to enter the world of crime, with the help of Dr. Muataz, by forging his identity card and other relevant documents, so that his age appears consistent with his outward appearance, lest he attracts the attention of those around him, especially after one of the nurses leaked news of him to a foreign gang. He is also forced to completely change his habits and routines and make many huge sacrifices for his safety and the safety of those around him.

I opened my eyes slowly in the darkness where the feeble

sunlight was peeking through the curtains. I turned and I glanced

at the clock. I was shocked when I realized that I had been late for

the appointment that I had been eagerly anticipating for a long

time. I got up quickly and washed my face. I hurriedly collected

all the papers and documents I needed. Where is my head cover?

Where is my shemagh? Oh! I remembered I had le them both in

the car. I got dressed while I was going downstairs, trying to save

every precious second from being wasted. minutes of silence
