Die Forschung befasste sich mit der zunehmenden Abh�ngigkeit von Cloud-basierten Netzwerken f�r die Datenspeicherung und -verarbeitung, die die Bedeutung der Netzwerksicherheit aufgrund von Bedrohungen wie unbefugtem Zugriff, Datenverletzungen und Insider-Angriffen erh�ht hat. Die einzigartigen Merkmale des Cloud Computing, wie z. B. gemeinsam genutzte Ressourcen und dynamische Skalierbarkeit, verst�rken diese Sicherheitsherausforderungen noch. Die Forschungsziele bestanden darin, Sicherheitsbedrohungen in Cloud-basierten Netzwerken zu identifizieren und zu kategorisieren, bestehende Sicherheitsl�sungen zu bewerten, verbesserte Sicherheitsma nahmen vorzuschlagen und die vorgeschlagenen L�sungen durch Cisco Packet Tracer-Simulationen zu validieren. Die Studie w�hlte einen gemischten Methodenansatz, der quantitative und qualitative Forschungsdesigns kombinierte, um diese Ziele umfassend zu erreichen. Prim�re Daten wurden durch Umfragen und Netzwerkanalysetools in Cisco Packet Tracer gesammelt, w�hrend sekund�re Daten aus einer umfangreichen Literaturrecherche abgeleitet wurden. F�r die Auswahl der Teilnehmer mit einschl�gigem Fachwissen �ber Cloud-Sicherheit wurde eine Zufallsstichprobe verwendet.
