Dann habe ich alle notwendigen Planungen vorgenommen, und natürlich habe ich immer versucht, sehr aufmerksam und behutsam mit der Verwaltung umzugehen, da es sich um einen starken kulturellen Wandel handelte. Die erste Aktion lief gut, die Unterstützung kam, die Partnerschaft, und dann begann ich mit der Entwicklung meines lang ersehnten Dokumentenmanagement-Projekts. Ich innovierte die Variadex-Methode, eine Methode, die von Ramington Rand (USA) entwickelt wurde, der diese Methode in fünf Farben entwickelte, und ich innovierte sie mit 79 Farben, wofür ich den Preis "Best Internship Practices 2010" erhielt und einen Artikel in der spanischen Zeitschrift Documentácion veröffentlichte. Schlie lich entwickelte ich vier weitere Projekte, mit denen ich den dritten Platz beim Ozires Silva Award for Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Curitiba, Paraná, gewann.
