KESHO PRASAD is a Management Consultant specialized in human resource management and general management. Before this, he worked as an Additional General Manager in BHEL, Hardwar plant. He received his Degree from the University of Patna; Diploma in Personnel Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London; and PG Diploma in Business Administration from Leeds College of Commerce, Leeds, U.K.

He has worked in various reputable industrial organisations and on two World Bank projects. Mr Kesho Prasad has rich experience in areas of Human Resource Management, Training, and Development and Industrial Relations. He has authored many books in areas of Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Development, and Organisation Development.
