Dr. Nikhil Ranjan Roy retired as Professor and Head of Department of Physics, Ranchi University, Jharkhand. In a teaching experience spanning over four decades, he taught undergraduate and postgraduate students of Physics and conducted research focused on Quantum Mechanics. He also successfully guided several Ph.D. aspirants in their work. Post his superannuation, he has primarily been engaged in writing books and guiding Physics students preparing for various national level examinations.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Pandey currently works as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, Jharkhand. He obtained his Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. N.R. Roy in Non-linear Optics and Quantum Mechanics. He has over three decades of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, focusing on Quantum Mechanics and Nuclear Physics. Presently, he is supervising the research of two Ph.D. scholars.
