Im zweiten Teil wird dann - wenn eine Belastung vorliegt - eine entsprechende Vertiefung, gekennzeichnet mit >, mit detaillierter Beschreibung der Vorgehensweise zur Transformation und Manifestation beschrieben. Danach werden m�gliche Routinen beschrieben, die zu einer Stabilisierung von K�rper, Geist und Seele f�hren k�nnen.
