Inhaltsangabe: Gang der Untersuchung: Mit der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit soll der Versuch unternommen werden, eine Methodik zu entwickeln, die ergänzend oder parallel zu anderen Bewertungsverfahren angewendet werden kann und durch eine andere Schwerpunktsetzung das Bewertungsergebnis um eine Facette ergänzt. Bei der Entwicklung der Methodik wurden drei Hauptziele verfolgt: 1. Die zukünftigen Anforderungen der Systemumwelt sollen erfa t werden und als Kriterien bei der Bewertung des Systems Verwendung finden. Das Bewertungsinstrumentarium mu die ständige Aktualisierung des Anforderungsprofils entsprechend der Dynamik der Umfeldveränderungen sicherstellen. 2. Um der langfristigen Erfolgswirksamkeit von Total Quality Management-Konzepten gerecht zu werden, soll sich das Instrumentarium nicht auf die Erfassung kurzfristig und monetär realisierter Erfolge beschränken. Es sollen vielmehr Erfolgspotentiale identifiziert werden, die durch die Qualitätsma nahme aufgebaut wurden und die langfristig in wirtschaftliche Erfolge umgesetzt werden können. 3. Durch Entwicklung und exemplarische Anwendung eines Monetarisierungsverfahrens soll getestet werden, inwieweit eine Umsetzung des Bewertungser gebnisses in betriebswirtschaftlich gut interpretierbare Geldbeträge möglich ist und sinnvoll erscheint. Schwächen und Risiken einer Monetarisierung sollen durch die Anwendung ermittelt und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt werden. Zunächst werden in Kapitel 2 die Anforderungen an ein Bewertungsverfahren formuliert, das den genannten Zielsetzungen genügen soll. In Kapitel 3 wird anforderungskonform das Bewertungsinstrumentarium entwickelt. Es wird recherchiert, mit welchen Hilfsmitteln auf anderen wissenschaftlichen Gebieten als dem der Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung vergleichbare Probleme gelöst werden. Durch Modifikation, Kombination und Ergänzung dieser Methoden wird ein geeignetes Bewertungsinstrumentarium entwickelt. In Kapitel 3.8 wird der Leser und Anwender in elf Schritten
