Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Nachrichtentechnik / Kommunikationstechnik, Note: 1,0, Fachhochschule Flensburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Den Studentinnen und Studenten des Masterstudienganges eHealth an der Fachhochschule Flensburg wurde im Sommersemester 2015 im Rahmen des Moduls Mobile Kommunikationstechnik die Aufgabe gestellt, ein mobiles Rettungswagenassistenzsystem zu entwickeln, das die Versorgung im Notfall durch moderne Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie unterstützt und optimiert. Die insgesamt 28 Studentinnen und Studenten wurden dazu in vier Gruppen eingeteilt, denen die folgenden Aufgaben zugewiesen wurden: Brainstorming und Organisation (Gruppe 1), Definition (Gruppe 2), Systemstruktur (Gruppe 3) und Prozessdarstellung (Gruppe 4). Dieselbe Aufgabenstellung, die dieser Ausarbeitung zugrunde liegt, wurde bereits von den Masterstudenten im Sommersemester 2014 bearbeitet. An den Ergebnissen gilt es anzuknüpfen und relevante Teile in diese Arbeit zu implementieren. Eine Zusammenfassung dieser Ergebnisse erfolgt in Kapitel 2.2. Die Masterstudenten des Sommersemester 2015 erachten neben der ganzheitlichen Betrachtung der Rettungskette den Erst-Helfer-Einsatz als besonders wichtig, weil es "von der Art der Ersten Hilfe (...) in vielen Fällen {abhängt}, ob der Verletzte oder akut Kranke überlebt oder stirbt." Daher setzten die Studenten sich als Ziel, die Erste Hilfe durch den Einsatz moderner Technologien zu optimieren und mit den übrigen Prozessschritten der Rettungskette adäquat zu vernetzen und im Rahmen dessen relevante Akteure zu sensibilisieren. An diese Einleitung schlie t sich zunächst ein Kapitel, in dem Gruppe 1 die Grundlagen der Arbeit formuliert. Es wird der Begriff Rettungswagenassistenzsystem als Basis der Arbeit beschrieben und anschlie end die vom Sommersemester 2014 formulierten Ergebnisse zusammengefasst.
