Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Maschinenbau, Note: 2,0, Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig (Institut für Konstruktionstechnik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit wird das klassische Konzept eines 3D-Druckers, der das FDM-Verfahren nutzt, in eine modulare Struktur überführt. Auf Basis der VDI Richtlinie 2221 wird ein Modell konzipiert, das bis auf wenige elektronische Komponenten vollständig einsatzbereit ist. Innerhalb des Entwicklungsprozesses werden dabei vier verschiedene Konzepte aufgestellt und mit einer Nutzwertanalyse verglichen. Anschlie end wird das Konzept mit dem höchsten Nutzwert in ein CAD-Modell umgewandelt und in der Feingestaltung ausgearbeitet. Das Resultat der Arbeit bildet ein 3D-Drucker, der schnell auseinandergebaut werden kann und einfach zu transportieren ist. Er kombiniert dabei die jeweiligen Vorteile von sowohl der portablen als auch der modularen Produktarchitektur. Der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt bei der Modularisierung der Produktarchitektur des 3D-Druckers. Bei der Bearbeitung der Aufgabe sollen im Speziellen folgende Punkte berücksichtigt werden: Einarbeitung in die Thematik Generative Fertigungsverfahren; Einarbeitung in die Thematik Modular- und Baukastenbauweise; Ermittlung und Erfassung der Anforderungen; Erarbeitung und Bewertung von Lösungsvarianten; Ausarbeitung einer Lösungsvariante in Form eines CAD-Modells mit NX.
