Ergonomisch gestaltete Arbeitssysteme fordern das Wohlbefin- den des Menschen, steigern dessen Leistungsbereitschaft, verbessern seine Lei- stungsfahigkeit und erhalten seine Gesundheit. Gleichzeitig tragen sie zur Verbes- serung der Arbeitsergebnisse unter qualitativen und quantitativen Gesichtspunkten bei und dienen somit auch okonomischen Zielen.
