Aber was geschieht, wenn aus ganz vielen verschiedenen Kindern eine neue Gruppe im Hort wird und welche Rolle spielt dabei die pädagogische Fachkraft? Die folgende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Entwicklung von Gruppenprozessen im Hort. Unter der zentralen Fragestellung: Wie begleite und unterstütze ich als pädagogische Fachkraft die Entwicklung der Gruppenprozesse meiner Hortgruppe? Im Rahmen ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeit müssen Erzieher/innen, die im Hort wirken, häufig mit Gruppen arbeiten. Um die Gruppen und die daraus folgenden gruppendynamischen Prozesse sowie Konflikte und Gruppenphasen zu begleiten, ist es notwendig umfangreiches und fundiertes Wissen über den Verlauf einer Gruppe und deren Entwicklung zu besitzen. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die Begleitung der pädagogischen Fachkraft während der Gruppenprozesse einer Gruppe im Hort theoretisch sowie praxisnah zu untermauern. Dazu werden verschiedene Themen, die zum Gruppenprozess und der Gruppenentwicklung beitragen, beispielhaft durch aktuelle Literatur untersucht und mit praxisnaher Umsetzung bestärkt. Im ersten Teil der Arbeit werden grundlegende Begriffe zum Verständnis des Themas definiert. Danach geht es um die Grundhaltung der pädagogischen Fachkraft während der Arbeit mit Gruppen. Es folgt das umfassende Thema Gruppe. Mit den dazugehörigen Unterpunkten Gruppenarten in der Primarstufe, Gruppenmitglieder, Phasen der Gruppenentwicklung und Gruppendynamik. Diese Unterpunkte werden theoretisch und teils praktisch erläutert. Dann wird das Thema Konflikte in Gruppen untersucht. Hier werden Konfliktarten, Konfliktentstehungen und der Konfliktverlauf nach dem Modell von Friedrich Glasl in einer Gruppe betrachtet.
