Ruíz de Oña, María: - Licenciada en Psicología. Lleva 26 años trabajando en el fútbol profesional. Se ha formado en Psicoterapia Humanista con un enfoque en Análisis Transaccional y Relacional, Constelaciones Organizacionales y Familiares. Tiene amplia experiencia en crear una cultura de aprendizaje en los entrenadores y staff, a través de trabajar conceptos, aunar significados unidos a integrar una visión, valores y filosofía con resultados sostenibles en el tiempo. Trabaja en procesos de Transformación Organizacional basado en las personas, fomentando el desarrollo de equipos a través del autoconocimiento, la escucha, la sensibilidad y la intuición. Su elemento catalizador: la formación del entrenador. Además de haber trabajado durante dos décadas en el Athletic Club de Bilbao y los últimos seis años en Aspire Academy de Qatar, imparte de forma habitual conferencias y cursos de formación sobre la importancia del desarrollo de la persona en el éxito de cualquier proyecto, el aprendizaje permanente, las relaciones, el liderazgo y el desarrollo de equipos competitivos. Está participando en programas de capacitación para entrenadores con FIFA, Premier League, Federación Italiana de Fútbol, Federación de Fútbol de Chile, Bayern de Múnich y Club América de México, entre otros.
