Kilgus, Mark D.: - Mark D. Kilgus, MD, PhD, is clinical professor of neuropsychiatry and behavioral science with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both child/adolescent and general psychiatry, Dr. Kilgus teaches psychiatry for Graduate Medical Education at Lexington Medical Center.
