About the Author

Dr Mukesh Chandra Sharma, MSc (N), PhD, RN, is currently working as Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of Examination at College of Nursing, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He has a teaching experience of more than 16 years in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing. He is also a PhD guide at AIIMS-Jodhpur. He is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and was invited as speaker at the Society's 45th Biennial Convention at Washington, DC, USA. Dr. M.C. Sharma has published articles in various national and international indexed journals. He is also a reviewer for PubMed indexed journals and has been appointed as the editorial board member of Baba Farid University Nursing Journal. He is also a member of undergraduate and postgraduate examination panels of institutes of national importance in India. He also has a book on nursing education (Textbook of Nursing Education) to his credit.
