Rojas Benavente, Lady: - Lady Rojas Benavente, péruvo-canadienne, docteure en littérature hispanique (Université Laval, Québec), professeure émérite (Université Concordia, Montréal), est aussi poète. Ses recherches portent sur les théories littéraires, les études de genre, les droits de l'homme et l'immigration au Canada. Elle est très active pour la promotion des artistes, notamment latino-américaines. Elle-même écrit et publie contes et poèmes et a reçu plusieurs prix en France, au Pérou, en Argentine, aux États-Unis...
