En este libro podrá usted leer los Evangelios y Actos de los Apóstoles del Nuevo Testamento Reina-Valera 1602 (Biblia del Cántaro) con letras modernas, pero respetando su lenguaje. La revisión original está escrita con letras antiguas y resulta difícil de entender, por lo que ahora podrá usted leer fácilmente esta revisión. Ha sido necesario cambiar algunas palabras como "avia", "ansi", "avemos", etc... por las que se usan hoy en día: "había", "así", "hemos", etc. Se han conservado el resto de palabras como: "salud", "caridad" y muchas otras que hoy en día pueden estar algo anticuadas, tener un significado diferente, o que no se conocen. Estas palabras las podéis consultar en el Diccionario del final de este libro. Se han conservado también las palabras compuestas tal como venían en el original: adoráronlo, fueronse, preguntóles, etc. Esta revisión de 1602 la hizo Cipriano de Valera sobre la ya famosa "Biblia del Oso" de Casiodoro de la Reina (1569), para así mejorarla en diversos aspectos. Las palabras que podrá leer aquí estando en cursiva son las que aparecen en la revisión original de Valera también en cursiva, como un añadido para una mejor comprensión del texto. Espero, que pueda ser de utilidad este trabajo para los que buscan poder leer estos libros de la primera Reina-Valera sin dificultad y sin cambios añadidos o palabras eliminadas.
