About The Author

Colcleugh, David: - David Colcleugh retired as Chairman, President, and CEO of DuPont Canada in 2003 after a 39-year career with the company. He currently teaches Leadership Development in the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Engineering at the University of Toronto. He also serves on a number of Boards of Directors and maintains an active consultancy with various engineering and scientific companies.
