About The Book

Transcript of the author's 2020 report to Senior President of Tribunals, leading to a promise of improved court access for litigants in person, who currently face insurmountable difficulties in gaining a hearing and eventual justice. Recommended reading for HR professionals, investigatory bodies & court staff, also NHS workplace bullying victims.

This case study describes the onset and development of a bully clique at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Trust, UK, with extensive analysis of how & why this was possible despite [sic] 'robust anti bullying systems'. The author was one of four whistle-blowers ignored by the Trust, which remains in denial. The book highlights lacunas in systems which enable toxic Trusts to cover-up for rogue seniors (false loyalty), commonly disbelieving whistle-blowers. Such behaviour is dangerous in the light of sociopathic professionals invading the NHS, with Trusts and CQC seemingly unable to perceive the danger at all levels. Whistleblowers are still not entirely protected by updates on Whistle-blower Law, a matter which is the subject of a proposed Enquiry by the Secretary of State for Business & Trade.

The follow-up pamphlet 'Deceit, Collusion & Jobsworths' ISBN 979-8859654659, describes ongoing failures of NHS investigatory bodies such as CQC and how Trust legal teams prevent evidence reaching those who can make the necessary changes, in NHS and Tribunal systems.
