Die Autorin dieser Fallstudie fungiert als eine Freundin von Lisa, die aktuell das Fach "Unternehmensgründung und Innovationsmanagement" an der IUBH belegt und von Lisa um Unterstützung bei der Entscheidung, ob die geplante Unternehmensgründung sinnvoll ist, gebeten wurde. Ziel dabei soll sein, die Entscheidung anhand einer korrekten und nachvollziehbaren Argumentation auszuarbeiten und zu begründen. Nachdem zunächst die Ausgangssituation und das genaue Ziel der Fallstudie dem Leser erläutert werden, wird nun anschlie end Lisas Geschäftsidee überprüft und die genauen Gedankengänge der Autorin aufgezeigt. Hierbei ist eine Darstellung des Geschäftsmodells, der Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten und der Rentabilität der Geschäftsidee vorgesehen. Abschlie end wird ein Fazit zu den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen gezogen und anhand dessen eine Empfehlung bezüglich der Idee der Selbstständigkeit Lisas ausgesprochen. Bei den aufgezeigten Entscheidungen handelt es sich ausschlie lich um Empfehlungen der Autorin, die auf den vorhandenen Informationen aufgebaut sind.
