Wiberg's research is within the area of HCI/interaction design research, and he has published his research in top journals including Design Issues, Design Studies, International journal of design, ToCHI - ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction, the Human-Computer Interaction journal, Interacting with computers, and ACM Interactions.
