This is the story of one woman's attempt to free herself of insomnia and get on with life because, as we know, we all need sleep.

Gibbins, Lois: - Lois is a woman living in rural New Zealand. After bringing up four children on her and her husband's small dairy farm where they milked 180 cows, she suddenly and without any warning lost her ability to fall asleep. This is her battle of nearly five years to help her to sleep again. She questions what is normal and on her self-help journey even left New Zealand to find an answer.
