Marilyn Cornelius is an engagement specialist, facilitator, and coach. Her approach is science-based and transdisciplinary, bridging several methods to help address climate change and wellness challenges. She is the author of poetry collections, essays, and two other recipe books. Margaret Cornelius is a retired medical doctor and diabetologist whose 40-year international career in public health included leading many programs and publications that highlight the value of nutrition for prevention of lifestyle diseases, and developing policies and frameworks to promote wellness. Nathaniel Cornelius is a life-long cook whose father was a chef. He is a retired management accountant, and risk management and insurance specialist who loves playing golf.
