SANTANU CHATTOPADHYAY, Ph.D., is Professor at the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Currently, he is working as the Director of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kalyani. He has more than 200 publications/presentations to his credit in reputed refereed international journals and conferences. He has also written books titled Compiler Design, 2nd ed. and System Software, both published by PHI Learning. A Chinese translation of his book Compiler Design has also been brought out by McGraw-Hill Education (Asia). He has also co-authored a book on Additive Cellular Automata published by the IEEE Computer Society Press, USA. With CRC Press, UK he has published two books – one on Network-on-Chip Design and the other one on Thermal-aware Testing.
