DAVID F. FORD, OBE is Regius Professor of Divinity Emeritus at the University of Cambridge, UK. He is the author of numerous books, including Self and Salvation: Being Transformed; Christian Wisdom: Desiring God and Learning in Love; The Gospel of John: A Theological Commentary; and (with Ashley Cocksworth) Glorification and the Life of Faith.
