Anschlie end werden die verschiedenen fotoanalytischen Ansätze für Forscher erörtert und Beispiele für die Analyse von Fotos mit den verschiedenen Techniken gegeben. Abschlie end bietet das Buch Leitlinien mit Beispielen für Forscher, die ihre Arbeit veröffentlichen möchten und wie dies ermöglicht werden kann.

Sten Langmann promovierte 2014 an der Curtin University in Westaustralien. Sein Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt auf dem Wissensaustausch in der Entwicklungshilfe und wie Entwicklungsorganisationen, die sich in Wissensclustern engagieren, Menschen beim Kapazitätsaufbau helfen können. Zu seinen weiteren Forschungsinteressen gehört der Einsatz der Fotografie als nützliche und praktikable Methode der Datenerhebung. Darüber hinaus hat Sten auch Forschungen zur Entwicklung eines neuen Ansatzes für die Trainingsevaluation im Personalwesen durchgeführt.

David Pick ist Associate Professor an der School of Management der Curtin University. Seit seiner Promotion im Jahr 2003 hat er Forschungsarbeiten zur Sozialpolitik in verschiedenen Kontexten veröffentlicht, mitunter Nordwesten Australiens, Bhutan und Myanmar. Neben seinem Interesse an visuellen Forschungsmethoden hat er sich auch mit der Verwendung fiktiver Erzählungen zum Verständnis von Organisationen befasst.
