He handles domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing, and franchise matters. Contributing authors include Gilbert Nyatanyi and René-Claude Madebari. Gilbert Nyatanyi heads up ENSafrica - Burundi and is an executive at ENS. He has more than 15 years' experience in general legal advice and more than 10 years' solid experience in banking and finance law. He practices in Burundi and specializes in secured transactions, acquisition and corporate finance, syndicated loans, capital markets. He has acted for several companies, financial institutions and governments on a wide range of legal matters in Europe and Africa, and has an extensive high level network on the African continent. Gilbert's practice experience includes advising several international clients in connection with assets financing, credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions. René-Claude Madebari is an associate advocate at ENSafrica - Burundi. He practices in Burundi and specializes in public procurement, corporate law, banking and finance law.
