The executive editor Kendal H. Tyre, Jr. is a partner the Washington, D.C. office of Nixon Peabody LLP. He handles domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing, and franchise matters. Contributing author include Mabvuto Sakala a lecturer of law at the University of Zambia and also a private legal practitioner and partner at Corpus Legal Practitioners in Lusaka, Zambia. His academic and research work with the university is geared towards commercial subjects. Mabvuto's work as a legal practitioner covers a wide range of legal matters including those involving alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation, and business and commercial litigation. He also heads the Corporate Advisory department and the Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law specialty practice groups at Corpus.
