Doch was ist zu tun, wenn sich Freiheit und Sicherheit gegenseitig beeinflussen und eines der Menschenrechte das andere beeinträchtigt? Auf Basis der Grundrechte Freiheit und Sicherheit soll der Diskurs zum Anschlag auf Charlie Hebdo auf verschiedenen Ebenen untersucht werden. Zunächst wird auf die Menschenrechte Freiheit und Sicherheit eingegangen, um aufzuzeigen, welche Inhalte diese Rechte im Einzelnen haben. Im Anschluss wird ein kurzer Überblick über das Attentat selbst gegeben sowie eine Definition zum Konzept der Sicherheitsdiskurse und ihrer Anwendung. Der Hauptteil der Arbeit umfasst schlie lich die Analyse des Sicherheitsdiskurses um Charlie Hebdo auf den Ebenen von Medien, Gesellschaft, Politik und Religion. Abschlie end soll letztlich erörtert werden, inwieweit sich die beiden Rechte im Sicherheitsdiskurs um Charlie Hebdo gegenseitig beeinflussen und beeinträchtigen. Zudem soll auf Lösungsmöglichkeiten und Zukunftsaussichten eingegangen werden.
