Die Losungen werden insbesondere in der Form der Finanzierungsregeln prasentiert, die aber eine theoretische BegrUndung vermissen lassen. Aber auch die auf der Grundlage des Modigliani-Miller-Theorems abgeleitete Irrelevanz der Fristig- keitsstruktur des Fremdkapitals kann aufgrund der idealisierten Kapitalmarktbedingungen als praktischer Losungsansatz nicht akzeptiert werden. Um an realistischen Erfordernissen gemessene Erklarungs- und Lo- sungsansatze fUr die Wahl der Fristigkeitsstruktur des Fremdka- pitals zu entwickeln, behandelt Heiner Arnoldi in dieser Arbeit umfassend und prazise den Einflu8 von Zins, Bonitat und Trans- aktionskosten auf die Fristigkeitsstrukturentscheidung bei Un- ternehmensfinanzierungen. Auf der Grundlage seiner Ergebnisse entwickelt er dann Fremdfinanzierungsstrategien, in denen die unterschiedlichen Einflu8faktoren der Fristigkeitsstrukturent- scheidung isoliert oder in Kombination berUcksichtigt werden konnen.
