Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 2,7, Ostfalia Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Fachhochschule Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Zur Einführung in meine Arbeit über das Kanner-Syndrom und die Frühförderung betroffener Kinder möchte ich den Fall des zehnjährigen Lukas schildern (Name geändert). Er wurde in einer Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie vorgestellt und zeigt ganz deutlich die typischen Symptome des frühkindlichen Autismus und die daraus resultierenden Beeinträchtigungen. Das Fallbeispiel soll zu einem besseren Verständnis verhelfen. "In Begleitung der Eltern wird der 10-jährige Lukas vorgestellt. Beim Hereinkommen ins Zimmer zeigt Lukas keinerlei Blickkontakt. Er wedelt ständig mit den Armen und läuft auf Zehenspitzen. Lukas kommuniziert nicht durch Worte, er kann nicht sprechen. Er besucht zurzeit eine Schule für geistig behinderte Kinder. Aus der Schule wird berichtet, dass Lukas im Grunde einer Einzelbetreuung bedarf. Man könne ihn nie aus den Augen lassen, da man nie sicher sein könne, ob er die beiden körperbehinderten Kinder, die auch die Klasse besuchen, anfassen und möglicherweise auch verletzen werde. Er sei sehr unruhig, und sein Verhalten sei nicht voraussehbar. Manchmal verletze er sich selbst, wenn er sich über etwas ärgere. Lukas habe sehr wenige Interessen. Er sitze lediglich gerne am Computer und gehe gerne schwimmen. Daneben würde er alles Essbare und auch nicht Essbare in den Mund nehmen." In der folgenden Arbeit werde ich zunächst beschreiben, was Autismus und im speziellen Frühkindlicher Autismus (Kanner-Syndrom) bedeutet. Ich werde die Symptome, die unter anderem in dem Fallbeispiel dargestellt wurden, erläutern, sowie die Diagnosekriterien aufführen.
