He studied Medicine and Surgery in addition to his Pre-Med studies at AL-Azhar University. He earned his medical degree from the University of AL-Azhar in 1997, and completed his residency at Al-Hussein Hospital. Dr. Wagdy has a particular interest in the care of medically complex cases in children and adolescents, as well as oncology. Dr. Wagdy has 22 years of experience in Complementary Medicine, with a special interest in oxygen-ozone therapy, stem cell transplantation, PRP(Platelet Rich Plasma), ECCP (Enhanced External Counterpulsation), Electromagnetics pain management, Hyperthermia (Hot Therapy) as well as diabetic, hepatitis, cancer and circulatory disorders. He is a member of the International Ozone Association and the German Ozone Association. He was the secretary of the Egyptian Ozone Association, and the Medical Director of AMMC Medical Center in Sharjah, UAE, and the AMMC in Cairo, Egypt. He has been awarded the trophy of the Arab Doctors Federation in Europe. Dr. Eltaiar published medical research and articles in a variety of international volumes such as the International German volume of Ozone treatment. His research gained astonishing credit for the role it served in modifying and improving the methods of Ozone treatment. Dr. Eltaiar is a recognized lecturer at International Medical Conferences, especially those related to Complementary Medicine and Ozone Treatment. He is considered to be one of the early scholars of Ozone Therapies and one of the first doctors who approached Ozone Treatment in the Middle East.
