Anhand der Diagnose einer Testperson, die sich aus den Kundendaten, dem biometrischen Parameter und dem Body-Mass Index (BMI) zusammensetzt, wird die Zielsetzung dieser Methode festgelegt. Darunter versteht man die Planung und Festsetzung der Haupt- und Teilziele woraus sich ein optimaler Trainingsplan mit dem Zeitraum eines Mesozyklus ergibt. Diese Arbeit widmet sich an Frauen mittleren Erwerbsalters, die ihr Training anhand eines individuell, festgelegten Trainingsplans verbessern möchten

Ute Winges, Jahrgang 1968, verheiratet, drei Kinder, wohnt in Thüringen im "Grünen Herzen Thüringens". Ich bin ausgebildeter Zahntechniker, ( war knapp 30 Jahre aktiver Kunsthandwerker im Therapieplan der Zahnmedizin), Wellness-und Gesundheitstrainer, aktiver Nordic-Fitnesscoach und inzwischen fast fertiger Fachwirt der BSA-Akademie für Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung Saarbrücken. Ich habe immer für "Dein schönstes Lächeln" gearbeitet. Doch nach eigener schwerer Krankheit änderte sich mein Fokus von Therapie auf Prävention im Sinne von ganzheitlichem Werterhalt. Vorbeugen ist besser als Heilen. Mit den uns zur Verfügung stehenden körperlichen und mentalen Ressourcen macht Leben auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau Spaß. Jetzt heißt mein Thema "Laufen" für dein schönstes Lächeln, "Gesund reifer werden", " Walk & Talk" für Spannungsregulationstraining. Besonders Frauen (und Männer) in der zweiten Erwerbshälfte dürfen sich ihre unbezahlbaren Wertes bewußt sein .Mit aktivem Gesundheitstraining haben Depressionen und andere Zivilisationskrankheiten weniger Chancen.
