Wie sich die Inklusionsprozesse von Geflüchteten in diesen Orten - beispielsweise in der Schule, der Arbeit, der Arztpraxis, im Theater und auf dem Amt - genau gestalteten und unterscheiden, ist der Untersuchungsgegenstand eines Forschungsprojektes der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), durchgeführt an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München. Im Rahmen derselben Unternehmung findet eine Lehrveranstaltung statt, in der Studierende mit eigenen Forschungsarbeiten zum Vorhaben beitragen sollen. Diese Arbeit entsteht im Auftrag des Seminars "Gesellschaftliche Andockstellen für Flüchtlinge". Sie soll auf zwei Andockstellen scharfstellen, welchen immer wieder ein hohes Ma an Bedeutung zugeschrieben werden, nämlich auf die Schule und die Arbeit. Der Besuch von Bildungs- und Arbeitsstätten scheint ein integraler Bestandteil des Erfolgsrezepts einer "gelungenen Integration" zu sein. Im Mittelpunkt der Analyse sollen verschiedene Gleichheits- und Ungleichheitserzählungen von Expert*innen der beiden Andockstellen stehen. Angeleitet wird die Untersuchung durch die zwei sozialwissenschaftlichen Gleichberechtigungskonzepte "Equality" und Equity. Sie sollen dabei helfen, mögliche Grenzziehungen zwischen Migrant*innen und Deutschen in der Inklusionspraxis von Schulen und Unternehmen zu identifizieren. Zuerst wird dafür das zugrundeliegende systemtheoretische Inklusionsverständnis erläutert. Im Anschluss folgt die Vorstellung der Denkfiguren Equality und Equity, sowie die Präsentation des methodischen Vorgehens, welches die hermeneutische Analyse von sechs leitfadengestützten Expert*
