Ich möchte dich inspirieren, indem ich meine Geschichten und Übungen mit dir in diesem Buch teile.

Das Buch skizziert meine Reise von der es allen rechtmachenden Ehefrau, die nicht mit sich selbst in Verbindung stand, hin zu einer starken und unabhängigen Frau. Meine Kinder waren der wichtigste Grund, warum ich gelernt habe, mich zu behaupten. Ohne sie hätte ich vielleicht nicht die Stärke gefunden, mich durch schwierigere Zeiten hindurch zu kämpfen. Ich erzähle die Geschichte aus meiner Perspektive und viele der Geschichten wurden mir von meinen Kindern erzählt. Ich hoffe, dass dich dieses Buch dazu inspiriert, eine positive Veränderung für dein Leben zu machen.
