As a professor I usually start my lectures by explaining a little about my background so that students understand and recognize the meaning and revelation behind what I am saying. It is important for students to recognize that what is being presented is based on factual hands-on experience and not opinion and hearsay. I owe a lot to the organizations that I have founded which have served as vehicles of exploration. During this exploration, I have met many amazing people who I respect and admire who have put tracks in front of me to leave me alone mentored success.
