With courage and tenacity, at the age of twenty-two, she left her hometown in New Jersey and moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue a career at a world-famous theme park. Though she soon began to see her dream coming true, Kathleen still faced many challenges that cultivated her ability to find Zen no matter what. The principles of God, Love and Faith that had been instilled in her by her mother guided her to find the strength and hope she needed. In the candid memoir and self-help guide, Kathleen shares her methods on how she got her Zen on during struggles, triumphs and everything in between.
