Lenise "Harmony" Halley draws together knowledge for creating wealth and wellness from across her career as a Life Coach, Master Trainer, and Usui/Holy Fire(R) III Reiki Master Teacher. Her guidance has helped clients bring out the healthiest version of themselves-mind, body, and soul. Inspired by the works of Florence Scovel Shinn, Dr. Brené Brown, Deepak Chopra and many other thought-leaders, each section provides lessons in exploring love, health, wealth, and perfect self-expression. Taking inspiration from her own life journey, Harmony provides easy-to-follow exercises in self-exploration for discovering what you truly want and giving yourself the tools to go after your dreams. Harmony believes that all success starts with reflection, an openness to growth, and a positive state of mind. Rooted in a strong spiritual foundation, Harmony guides others in her community and globally through mentoring, training, and coaching. Her deep-seated passion for nurturing spirituality has called her to encourage people from all walks of life and belief systems to seek positivity, focus, and enlightenment. During Harmony's early years, she experienced domestic violence, poverty, and substance abuse. As a teen, she served as a full-time caregiver for a single parent with a terminal illness for fifteen years unto death. She navigated herself through tumultuous waters as she learned to thrive on her own in adulthood. The character, faith, and ambition that were born from these trials helped her relate to and uplift others along her journey. Harmony's career has spanned skills and industries from web development, sales, finance, public relations, and marketing. Her dynamic background helped her branch into teaching and coaching individual clients through her own business as well as within the Los Angeles Community College District as an Adjunct Business Instructor. Now, Harmony is fulfilling her calling to help others live their best life as a Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Master Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor in Pasadena, California. She has also served as a Vocation and Formation Group Leader at Fuller Theological Seminary. Harmony obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2009 and a Master in Management degree in 2011, from University of Phoenix. In 2017, she completed her Master of Divinity at Azusa Pacific Seminary. In addition, she is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Behavioral Change Specialist through the National Association of Sports Medicine, Athletics and Fitness Association of America Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Professional Life Coach, USUI/Holy Fire(R) III Reiki Master Teacher, and Precision Nutrition Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach.
