Zhang, Chao: - Chao Zhang received the M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering from the Shanxi University, Taiyuan, China, in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor with Shanxi University, Taiyuan, China. He has published more than 50 journal and conference papers. His current research interests include granular computing and intelligent decision-making.
