Neeraj Singh Manhas is the Special Advisor for South Asia at the Parley Policy Initiative, Republic of Korea, and a subject matter expert at the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies, Ministry of Defence, India. His research interests include India-China border issues, transboundary rivers, water security, climate security, and defence studies. His recently edited book is Analysing the Current Afghan Context (Routledge, Taylor & Francis, 2023).

Sriparna Pathak (Prof. Dr) is Professor of China Studies and founding Director of the Centre for Northeast Asian Studies at O.P. Jindal Global University, India. Her research interests include China's foreign policy, influence operations, India-China relations, and the Quad. Latest publications: Strategic Evolution of QUAD from 'Ocean Froth' to Asian NATO (2026), Reconstructing India's Worldview: A Strategic Realignment (2026), and others.
