Am I Improving?

We can all improve as a player and teammate. Some improvement comes through physical practice on the field of play. But it's not enough to exercise our body. A big part of improvement is mental. It involves reflecting on our performance and opening our mind to new ideas.

Author and coach Ben Loeb wrote this book to help athletes improve their competitive performance through reflections and mental exercises. By focusing on the mental-side of our improvement, we can grow our game to new heights.
