Die zweite Auflage erweitert die Entscheidungstheorie systematisch um Kapitel zur traditionellen Entscheidungstheorie unter Risiko und Unsicherheit und zur Verhaltensökonomie sowie um Erkenntnisse aus den Neurowissenschaften, der Evolutionspsychologie und der narrativen Psychologie zu menschlichem Verhalten. Zusätzlich gibt es theoretische Ergänzungen sowie aktualisierte Fallstudien und Beispiele - von Handelskriegen über Pandemien bis hin zur Klimakrise.
