Una completa sección dedicada a la recursividad y su implementación en GW-BASIC consuma en una fascinante resolución del problema de las torres de Hanoi de agradable visualización. El capítulo 5 se encarga de la descripción de cada sentencia, función o comando del lenguaje. Prácticamente toda la información que aparece aquí ha sido verificada mediante pequeños programas de prueba, muchos de los cuales forman parte de este libro en forma de ejemplos.
