Afin de ne laisser aucune place au hasard, l'éducateur se doit de COMPRENDRE le fonctionnement de celui qui apprend lorsque ce dernier est confronté aux difficultés de cette pratique. Il doit enfin, intégrer une stratégie d'intervention pour TRANSMETTRE à ses apprenants tout ce qui fait la richesse de l'activité. Nous tenterons enfin de montrer qu'à partir d'une logique systématisante, on peut structurer son contenu multiple et divers pour le réduire, et en faciliter par conséquent l'apprentissage. Puissent ces quelques "recettes" inciter nos futurs enseignants d'EPS à (mieux) programmer cette APS si riche sur le plan éducatif. Espérons qu'elles les mettent en confiance pour aborder sans crainte un contenu qui, a priori, peut sembler ésotérique pour un non-spécialiste, mais qui donne à celui qui la pratique un réel plaisir.
