Born in Wisconsin and raised in Kansas and Indiana, Julie graduated with a BA in journalism and advertising from Ball State University, where her passion for writing began. EDUARDO MARTINEZ is an award-winning illustrator, designer, and army veteran. He served in the US Army for sixteen years before earning his bachelor of fine arts from the Art Institute of Houston in 2015. Born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Eduardo currently works at Rice University as a graphic designer. He lives in Houston with his wife and three children.
