He a former Professor and Head of the Centre of Advanced Study in Psychology, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, India. He was Research Professor, Xavier University. He also enjoys the status of Visiting Professor at IIM, Ranchi, IIT, Bhubaneswar, Central University, Hyderabad and Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. He received Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship and obtained doctoral degree from Queen's University at Kingston, Canada.
