FREDERIC A. LEIGH is the Associate Director of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Telecommunication at Arizona State University. He is a former public radio manager. Included in his publications is the chapter Cultural and Educational Programming in TV Genres: A Handbook and Reference Guide, edited by Brian G. Rose (Greenwood Press, 1985).
