Hope Not Lost follows Jabuti as he sets sail across the Atlantic, determined to uncover the truth about the past that has shaped - and haunted - his life. Leaving the familiarity of the Amazon behind, he steps into a world of shifting loyalties, harsh realities, and a journey that tests him in ways he never expected.

Out on the ocean and beyond, he meets people who see his innocence as an advantage, challenges that push him to his limits, and moments that force him to confront the man he is becoming. Yet through every setback, something quiet and certain keeps him moving forward - the sense that the answers he seeks are within reach, if he can survive long enough to claim them.

Honest, heartfelt, and full of momentum, Hope Not Lost is a story of growth, resilience, and the search for truth in a world that rarely shows mercy. Jabuti's journey is only just beginning... and what lies ahead will shape him more than he ever imagined.

Langley, Grant: -

Grant lives on the south coast of the UK, where in between writing projects he indulges in a spot of kite-surfing. When the wind isn't blowing, you might well find him out on his paddle-board. Finding it too solitary to write at home, Grant plugs his earphones in and writes in various coffee shops. Having travelled widely around the world, and continuing to do so, he has written in locations from San Francisco, Africa and to Japan. All of these rich experiences reflect in his vividly descriptive historical novels.
