In 1978, he helped establish HUD'S Community Reinvestment Training Center offering 6 construction management trainings. In 1988, he aided RWG to design the premier computer program to automate spec writing. In 1998, he authored "A Consumer's Guide to Home Improvement Renovation and Repair". After Katrina, he established a work write-up system to address the major needs of 112,000 survivors In 20154, he outlines the most advanced rehab management system for the affordable housing profession.
