This is a book about how to win a jury trial. Whether it's your first jury trial or your twentieth.

Here, in casual language, the author tells you how to do it, step by step. What to say and do at every stage, from your trial notebook, through voir dire, opening statements, evidence presentation, trial motions, the court's charge, and final arguments.

Going beyond the rules of evidence, this book focuses on the tactics and realities of appealing to a jury, encouraging a verdict for your client. It will change the way you think about a jury trial. And it will show you how to win!

"This author knows how to try a jury trial. He's tried them left and right. And he's telling you how to try a jury trial and win!"

-- Pulitzer Prize Nominee GARY TAYLOR, who has seen hundreds of jury trials as a reporting, including seeing the author at work

Now in a library-quality trade paperback edition, with thicker paper.
